Perfect mango chutney!

Saute a medium onion cut into small pieces (can also be grated) until they wither. Add 2-3 mango chopped and 2 green apples also chopped. Stir slightly and add 1 tablespoon of ginger finely grated. If needed, add some butter to it. Add 2 cups of brown sugar and 2 cups of red wine vinegar. Put some cloves and a tablespoon of cinnamon powder. If you like pepper add one tablespoon of chilli pepper or red pepper. Cook it over low heat until you see a dark and thick broth in the pan. This takes about half an hour. It is when the chutney is ready. Enjoy! (sorry for my english folks!)
